Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Quikbiz application and website (the "Service") provided by Brovitech ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Quikbiz for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Quikbiz offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in USD and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your App Store / Play Store account.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform.
We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent activity.
Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your business.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Quikbiz (cards, leads, services, products, portfolio, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Quikbiz brand, logo, design, code and all related assets are the property of Brovitech. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without prior written consent.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google Firebase, Google Calendar, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

8. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brovitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using Quikbiz at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in India.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
