This Privacy Policy describes how Brovitech ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Quikbiz mobile and web application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email, phone number, profile photo, business details you choose to add.
Card & business content: contacts, leads, services, products, portfolio items and related media you create.
Authentication data: credentials provided via Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, or phone OTP.
Device information: device model, OS, app version, language, time zone.
Usage analytics: in-app events used to improve the product (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance).
Optional permissions you grant: contacts, calendar, notifications, camera, location and call logs — only used for the related feature you enable.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the Service (cards, sharing, lead capture, CRM).
To authenticate you and secure your account.
To send transactional messages and push notifications.
To improve features, fix issues and prevent abuse.
To process subscriptions through the App Store and Google Play (via RevenueCat).

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors that help us run the Service: Google Firebase (auth, database, storage, messaging, analytics), Google Cloud, RevenueCat (subscription management), and platform providers (Apple, Google) for distribution. When you choose to share your card, the recipient sees only the public information you put on the card.

4. Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@brovitech.com.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, secure cloud infrastructure and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we work continuously to protect your data.

6. Children

Quikbiz is intended for users 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age.

7. Your rights

Access, correct or export your data.
Request deletion of your account and content.
Withdraw permissions you previously granted.

8. International users

Your data may be processed in countries where our cloud providers operate. By using the Service you consent to such transfers, subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
